The HappyTuesday Story

Hi there! 

I’m Candice, the founder of HappyTuesday. I still pinch myself every time I think about how I ended up here, so lucky to work with all of you incredible, supportive clients. Here’s how it happened…

After spending years working closely with small business owners – mostly in the restaurant and retail industries – I found myself working as a project manager for a team of business consultants. Between my background in marketing, my passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, and my sometimes-annoying-but-super-useful organizational skills, I found myself taking on mostly event and conference planning.

After a layoff, a baby, and the year nobody likes to talk about (aka. 2020), I saw the need for help in the virtual space: virtual event planning, virtual assistance, online growth, website management… you name it! Not to mention, I missed being surrounded by the passion, the grit, and the love that goes into building a business. With a little nudge from some of you incredible, supportive clients (as I mentioned earlier), what once was a dream, became a reality and the birth of HappyTuesday.
